Carolyn Price Announces Her Candidacy
Carolyn Price announces her candidacy for the position of Broome County Legislator, District 2.
”I am proud to have the opportunity to continue to serve the residents of Windsor and also serve residents of Kirkwood, Sanford, and the City of Binghamton. Broome County can do more to help County residents during this time of high inflation. I believe my extensive experience with public fund accounting and eight years of experience as a town supervisor provide the solid background needed to make informed decisions as a Legislator. As Legislator, I’ll advocate for ways to increase revenue coming to the County and advocate for ways to improve efficiency and control expenditures so property taxes can be controlled It’s also important to preserve the best qualities of the County and have an environment where people of all ages want to live. Ultimately, I believe that as an elected official I must work very hard and get things done to earn the trust and respect of the people. I look forward to listening to people’s concerns and working with them to find real solutions,” said Price.
